The old cleaning system at this industrial facility
was noisy and inefficient. It was upgraded with
dual CAT PUMPS®' Model 3517 plunger pumps
providing additional flow and high pressure to feed
multiple remote stationed guns. This central
cleaning system offers more cleaning flexibility
and has cut the cleaning time in half. The dual pumps in this high pressure central cleaning system deliver a total of 28 GPM at 3000 PSI and each pump is powered by an energy-efficient 30 HP motor. Pressure regulators maintain system pressure while different cleaning stations are in and out of operation and a pulsation dampener eliminates pulsation in the line.
