During the process of making fine lumber, humidity
is closely monitored with this dry kiln misting
system. Just the right amount of moisture is
required to eliminate splits or warp and assure
optimum quality lumber. The Model 1050 pump is
used in this humidity misting system to deliver
filtered water at 1000 PSI through micro-fine
nozzles. The misting system flow is varied from
4 to 8 GPM to carefully balance the moisture in the
dry kiln during the lumber conditioning and drying
process to assure the highest quality lumber for furniture manufacturers.
