To assure the highest quality finished
product, a high pressure flash removal
deburring system was installed to clean
plastic parts removed from the injection
mold. After testing samples, it was
determined that 27 GPM at 4000 PSI was
required for the most effective high
pressure flash removal deburring
system. A stationary system with three
CAT PUMPS models 3507, each powered by 25HP motors, provides the flexibility of adjusting the performance with demand. Each pump features a primary pressure
regulating valve for system pressure setting
and a secondary relief valve for added protection. Pulsation dampeners assure a pulsation free operation and a pressure gauge monitors the system pressure and signals when servicing is required.
