Services: From the UK sales office, warehouse and workshop we provide full sales and support services for the entire CAT PUMPS product range. Orders from customers in UK and Eire for standard pumps, spare parts and accessories are usually shipped same-day from our extensive stocks. We can help you to select the most suitable pump from our wide range and will assist in identifying any spare parts you require.

Our production staff will configure and manufacture custom equipment to meet customers’ precise requirements including motorised pump units and customised skids including valves, pipework, liquid feed tank, instrumentation and other accessories to simplify on-site installation. Our long experience in the fluids industry also allows us to offer dependable advice on best-practice installation, commissioning and operation. We can also assist with planning maintenance schedules.

Our engineers will design new pump models and variants to meet special requirements and we maintain full documentation to ensure conformance to European Standards and Regulations including:

• Safety of Machinery Directive
• Pressure Equipment Directive (PED)
• ATEX Directive for operation in Zone 2 and Zone 1 Hazardous Areas (special model variants on request)

Our processes are fully documented and we are Certified to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Standard.
