The flushed pumps greatly enhance seal life and keep maintenance costs down when pumping low lubricity and high temperature liquids. Two new flushed pump models have been added to our line:
• 311C 4 GPM 2000 PSI
• 661C 10 GPM 3000 PSI
These flushed pumps feature a special ported inlet manifold that permits an external flush. This external flush provides cooling when pumping high temperature liquids and added lubrication with low lubricity liquids. The stainless steel liquid-end offers compatibility with a variety of liquids. The flush liquid also provides for containment of the pumped liquid and signals when servicing is required. Flushed pumps are ideal when pumping:
• DI water
• Chemicals
• High-temp liquids
• Environmentally unfriendly liquids
