Establishing a Service Schedule
Regularly scheduled maintenance will vary with each application and installation. With the many variables in pumped liquids, inlet feed conditions, duty-cycles, temperature of the liquid, hard water conditions and accessories in the system, it is difficult to give a specific number of hours as a standard. For optimum pump life, you should establish a regular maintenance cycle that is specific to your installation. Typically, inspect your pump at 1500 hours. If no wear is evident, check after another 500 hours. Continue this until you see wear and set your maintenance cycle at that interval for future servicing.

Where can I get my Cat Pump® serviced?
The best place to take your pump for service is to the original seller of the pump or equipment. Some equipment manufactures [OEM] provide service for their own equipment, however, many rely on our distributor network to provide service. Under DISTRIBUTOR SEARCH, you can locate the nearest Cat Pumps' Industrial distributor Pressure Washer Service Center. For a distributor, simply enter the first 3 digits of your ZIP code and select a market. Some distributors specialize, while others are general industrial in nature. You may also find a Pressure Washer Service Center by selecting a state.
