| What is the Cat PumpsŪ warranty? |
| The standard Cat Pumps' warranty is ONE YEAR, however, certain models carry different warranty periods as outlined in our full LIMITED WARRANTY statement. Items not covered under the standard warranty include wearable items such as seals, cups, o-rings, valves, seats, plungers, cyliders and manifolds. Pumps are NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, if run beyond their specifications, abused or neglected, serviced with other than genuine Cat Pumps' parts or operated with improper oil that do not provide proper lubrication. | Where is the nearest warranty center? |
| Typically, warranty service is done at the CAT PUMPS headquarters, however, many large OEM's offer warranty service on their own equipment. In an emergency, the local distributor can do an evaluation and contact CAT PUMPS headquarters for authorization. |
