Belt-drive is the optimum drive choice for your triplex high pressure piston or plunger pump. A belt-drive provides complete flow flexibility and added shock absorption for your system. By changing the pulley sizes, you can easily adjust the flow [GPM] of your piston or plunger pump. We offer a full range of bare-shaft, belt-drive, piston and plunger pumps up to 320 GPM. Belt-drive systems can operate at a fixed flow [RPM] or with a VFD to adjust the flow as needed. Many of our custom pumping systems use a belt-drive. For your convenience when building your own system, we offer a complete selection of drive packages [including pulleys, hubs, keys and belts] to cover different performances for each of our pump models. Standard center distances are also provided for each pump frame in our technical bulletin. The belt-drive packages provide convenient component sourcing and quick system assembly.
