CAT PUMPS® operate at 90% overall efficiency which helps reduce operating costs. Our triplex high-pressure pumps are both piston and plunger design and feature three synchronized piston [plunger] rods that deliver a smooth, consistent flow and eliminate +90% pulsation.

Our triplex high pressure pumps operate from ¼ GPM and 100 PSI to higher flows up to 240 GPM and higher pressures up to 10,000 PSI. Our triplex high-pressure pumps feature liquid-end construction in forged brass, nickel aluminum bronze, 316 SS and Duplex stainless steel for compatibility in a wide range of high pressure liquid pumping applications. Special models are design to handle high vapor liquids such as CO2.
