This Pressure-Sensitive Regulating Unloader has a unique modular design that mounts directly onto the manifold of brass 3CP and 5CP Series plunger pump models (except models 5CP4120, 5CP6120, 5CP6180CSS and 5CP6190). The unloader maintains the set system pressure while the high-pressure trigger gun is in use and drops to low pressure in bypass when the trigger is released. For optimum performance, a minimum of 5-10% bypass is recommended. This unloader comes with a built-in fixed chemical injector.
