Triethylene Glycol Dehydration Pumps

Industrial Duty Pumps & Accessories for Triethylene Dehydration Applications

Triethylene Glycol (TEG) Dehydration units remove water vapor from natural gas streams. Dehydrating gas prevents hydrate formation and reduces corrosion in pipeline transmission and gas injection applications. TEG acts as a desiccant to absorb water vapor from the natural gas stream.

Reclaiming the TEG is accomplished by removing the absorbed water through a boiling process. Cat Pumps works closely with industry professionals in developing and refining our products to withstand the high temperatures (up to 240° F), and continuous duty requirements of TEG reclamation. Through that, a specialized TEG product line was developed including pumps, accessories, and custom engineered systems. TEG pumps and accessories for 0.5 gpm to 100 gpm are readily available.

With field-proven dependability in applications around the globe, Cat Pumps provides the best value for Triethylene Glycol (TEG) Dehydration systems.
