Chemical Injection Pulse Pumps

Cat Pumps is pleased to announce the addition of 6341 and 6351 to our pulse pump product line. The internal components are specifically designed to withstand the harsh chemicals commonly used for sanitation and decontamination.

In order to combat SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, the CDC has established "List-N," a directory of disinfectants that have shown effectiveness against human coronavirus. These include:

  • Sodium Hypochlorite
  • Quarternary Ammonia
  • Peroxyacetic Acid
  • Isopropanol
  • Hydrogen Peroxide

Running chemicals through the primary pump can damage the manifold, seals, and valves. Our pulse pumps inject chemicals downstream of the primary pump at system pressure. This safeguards against damaging the primary pump, and is an economical alternative to upgrading primary pump from brass to stainless steel.

Easy to install on a new system or retrofit onto an existing system. The pulse pump eliminates the need for premixing with adjustable chemical injection rates up to 12 gph and pressures to 3,000 psi. Cat Pumps has a solution to fit almost any of your chemical injection needs.
