Manifolds are 304 stainless steel. Cylinders are 17-4SS stainless steel. Valve assemblies are made with 304 and 17-4SS stainless steel components. Internal packing assembly includes acetal male adapters, PTFE female adapters and V-packings. See Parts List to confirm material compatibility with the fluid pumped before use.
This triplex (three plunger rods) positive displacement, reciprocating plunger pump is constructed of 304 stainless steel block-style manifolds, 304 and SFSS stainless steel discharge valve assemblies with solid ceramic plungers, PTFE and acetal packing assemblies and NBR (Buna-N) O-rings.
